Great rooms, comfy beds. Clean showers and toilets. Staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Great breakfast buffet with pack your own lunch option. Warm dinner. Great area with playground, bouncing castles, table tennis... if you think about renting a bike, take the extra effort to go to the city centre and rent from there. The bikes on post have seen better days, are not safe, and are way too expensive! The dealer knows of his pole position, so he really rents old unsafe bikes for extraordinary prices.
One of the rooms were pretty small but ok the service was nice and the location pretty cool.
The food is horrible everything was dirty in our case it felt like a prison. there's nothing to do on the island nothing to do . just to get to the city you have to ride 7 km on a bike and you can't take your car with you unless you get a permit from the City also there are no bus stations nearby I would absolutely not suggest to go there
Biggest youth hostel in germany with 600 bess. Was once a military base. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Food ok. Breakfast in fact very good.
Beer and wine sold on premises to 18 and over.
Perfect for kids with a lot of activities.
